Queensberry Properties has acquired from Artisan Estate Investors, the first residential site within the groundbreaking 7.5 acre mixed-use “New Waverley” project located in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic old town.
The site includes provision for 66 new homes for private sale in a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, mews houses and maisonettes, along with 11,000sq ft of associated first-class retail and commercial space.
