Award winning prime site property developer, Queensberry Properties Ltd (QPL), has commenced construction at its latest residential project in Scotland’s capital city.
The new ‘Bonnington Mill’ flatted development is located in Edinburgh’s popular Newhaven Road on the site of former multi-let offices and workshops and will consist 36 properties for sale in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom styles.
The proposed exterior design of the three buildings has been carefully considered to achieve a look that is very much in-keeping with the surrounding architecture and to ultimately create a significant residential landmark within this very accessible part of the city.
All the properties at Bonnington Mill will enjoy a scenic location bordered by the banks of the Water of Leith on one side and Newhaven Road on the other, with many of the properties featuring a private balcony or terrace.

It’s expected the sales launch will take place later this year with the first properties ready for moving into during 2020.
