Queensberry Properties' part exchange scheme frees you up to move into the new home of your dreams as quick as you like. In short, we'll arrange an offer on your property, completely removing the stresses and costs incurred when selling your house on your own.

If you're interested in part exchange, speak to one of our helpful sales advisors who'll be able to talk you through the process. If you decide you'd like to apply for the scheme you'll be asked to complete a part exchange application form, which will provide us with details on your current property. We'll review this and let you know if it meets our criteria in principle. If it does, and you want to proceed, we'll arrange for an estate agent to appraise your property. On the basis of their findings we'll advise you whether or not we can proceed with an offer to purchase your home. If all parties are in agreement, a further valuation by an independent chartered surveyor will then be undertaken so the offer can be formalised. Once you've agreed, we'll make all the necessary arrangements with your solicitor so all you have to do is sit back, relax and look forward to moving into your brand new home!
