Scottish developer announces launch of deferred payment scheme for buyers
With the introduction of a new deferred payment initiative, Cruden Homes is helping its buyers to conquer the credit crunch and buy the home of their dreams in 2008. The award-winning Scottish developer is offering to provide a loan for 25% of the new property, interest free for up to ten years, allowing buyers to gain finance for just 75% of the purchase price*.
Hazel Davies, sales and marketing manager of Cruden Homes (East), comments on the incentive: "We're aware of the problems that buyers can face when applying for a mortgage, particularly in the current tough climate.
"This deferred payment scheme - named Key Plan - will be especially helpful to first time buyers and will allow them to shop around for a smaller mortgage, therefore vastly increasing their chances of being accepted for finance and obtaining access to better rates."
This fantastic incentive is available at selected Cruden developments across Scotland, from the Borders to Glasgow and Edinburgh, for a limited period only.
*At selected developments and for a limited time only. Loan is interest free for up to ten years and must be settled by this point or in the event of selling the property. Applicants must meet certain criteria. Cruden Homes' terms and conditions apply.
