Sanquhar

Queensberry Properties Limited has submitted a planning application for 31 new homes in the Dumfriesshire town of Sanquhar. The proposed development comprises a range of 2 & 3 bedroom semi-detached villas, 3 bedroom bungalows and 3 & 4 bedroom detached family homes. The planning application is progressing well and approval for the scheme is expected in Autumn 2009.

The development in Sanquhar is an addition to Queensberry Properties’ existing portfolio of forthcoming housing projects in Dumfries & Galloway and the company is delighted to be involved in the delivery of quality future housing stock to the local community.
