Assisted Move
If you’ve got a property to sell, our assisted move scheme could be just what you’ve been looking for. Upon payment of a small holding fee for the plot of your choice, we’ll help appoint an estate agent to sell your own property and we’ll pay their marketing and advertising costs for you.
We’ll agree the fixed selling price of your property with you and the appointed agent will market your property for 8 weeks. During this time you’ll provide access for viewings and we’ll monitor the progress of the sale weekly. If at the end of this period there are no offers, we may agree to market your property at no additional cost to you for a maximum of 12 weeks. As soon as a firm offer is secured on your property, a full reservation can be completed on the plot we’re holding for you. Of course we will organise a date of entry to tie in with the sale of your own home wherever possible. It couldn’t be simpler!
